The aim of partnership protection is to provide for business continuity should one of the partners die or become disabled. During the course of the operation of a partnership firm, a partner may die unfortunately and unexpectedly. From a humanitarian as well as a professional perspective the chances are that the surviving partners will have to buy back the shares of the deceased partner to pay to the family of the deceased.
